Your engineering expertise is valuable. Your time is, too.
EF-PUMP Professional V1 helps transform recorded pump operating measurements into structured, traceable engineering evidence.
Bring data validation, hydraulic calculations, explicit engineering-reference comparisons, temporal evidence evaluation, and reproducible reporting into one professional analytical workflow.
Spend less time on repetitive analytical preparation. Focus more on engineering judgment.
EF-PUMP supports engineering investigation; it does not automatically confirm physical faults, establish definitive root causes, prescribe maintenance, or guarantee savings.

Why EF-PUMP Professional?
Your expertise belongs in engineering decisions, not repetitive analytical preparation.
Evaluating pump operating measurements involves checking records, calculating hydraulic head, comparing results with applicable reference evidence, assessing whether deviations persist, and documenting the findings.
Engineers can perform these tasks manually or with spreadsheets. EF-PUMP Professional V1 brings the supported steps together in a dedicated, repeatable analytical workflow.
For consultants, pump-service specialists, and reliability engineers who perform these assessments regularly, this offers an opportunity to spend less time preparing analytical evidence and more time interpreting it.
Engineering judgment remains with the professional. EF-PUMP helps organize the analysis that supports it. Actual time savings depend on the task and are not guaranteed.
Scope and verified capabilities
EF-PUMP Professional V1 provides a deterministic analytical workflow for pump operating evidence.
- Deterministic analytical evidence
- Explicit engineering reference evidence
- Record-level traceability
- Explicit separation between instantaneous diagnostic evidence, temporal persistence, and clearing
- Verified reporting capability
- Local, offline analytical operation after valid authorization; no continuous internet connection required
- Self-installing Windows desktop application; no Python installation or command-line setup required
Limitations and professional responsibility
EF-PUMP Professional V1 does not automatically provide:
- Root-cause diagnosis
- Physical fault confirmation
- Maintenance prescription
- Predictive maintenance
- Universal engineering thresholds
- Automatic engineering reference selection
- Automatic sampling-interval inference
- Complete pump-system simulation

EF-PUMP Professional provides deterministic analytical evidence within its verified scope. Professional engineering responsibility remains with the user.
The software is not a substitute for competent professional engineering judgment.
System requirements and installation
- Verified operating environment
- Windows
- Customer installation
- Windows installer for the packaged desktop application. No separate Python installation, programming knowledge, or command-line setup is required for ordinary installation.
- Offline operation
- Pump analysis runs locally after valid authorization, without requiring a continuous internet connection.
- Licensing and authorization
- Use requires a valid customer entitlement and completion of the applicable authorization process.
Verified macOS and Linux support is not currently claimed.
Fluid applicability and engineering assumptions
EF-PUMP Professional V1 supports pressure-based hydraulic analysis of suitable homogeneous, single-phase liquids using an explicitly selected fluid density.
The default density is 1000 kg/m3 (water approximation). Engineers can enter another positive, finite density appropriate to the actual operating conditions. Suitable applications may include water, seawater, appropriate aqueous solutions, and certain hydrocarbon or other process liquids when applicable engineering reference evidence is available.
Reference head and other reference values must represent the actual fluid, pump, and operating conditions. Changing density without an applicable reference can change diagnostic comparisons.
V1 does not automatically correct for viscosity or model multiphase flow, gas compression, slurry behaviour, elevation or velocity-head differences, or complete hydraulic-system behaviour. Analytical findings require professional engineering interpretation.
