1. Transaction processor / reseller

The intended commercial checkout channel is Paddle.

Paddle acts as the transaction seller / authorised reseller or Merchant of Record according to the applicable Paddle contractual structure.

The exact Paddle legal entity applicable to a particular transaction is determined under Paddle's then-current contractual terms and transaction documentation.

EF-PUMP customer documents shall not assume that one Paddle legal entity applies permanently to every buyer or every transaction.

2. Supplier and transaction relationship

EF-PUMP Professional is developed and licensed by [FINAL SELLER / LICENSOR LEGAL NAME], established in Spain.

Paddle acts as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases completed through the official Paddle checkout.

Paddle handles payment processing, applicable transaction charges, and the corresponding purchase invoice or receipt under its applicable arrangements.

The purchase agreement with Paddle is distinct from the software license granted by the EF-PUMP licensor.

The transaction is subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy, and mandatory buyer protections.

Payment and transaction-related questions may be directed to Paddle buyer support. Software, installation, activation, and product-support questions may be directed to the EF-PUMP licensor through its published support channel.

3. Applicable Paddle transaction entity

The applicable Paddle transaction seller is identified through the official checkout, buyer terms and transaction documentation. Paddle's role as transaction seller does not transfer ownership of EF-PUMP intellectual property or replace the EF-PUMP licensor's separate software license.

4. Price and billing model

The intended initial EF-PUMP Professional V1 offer is:

EUR 299 — one-time purchase, including applicable Spanish VAT for customers in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

For customers in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, the stated EUR 299 price includes applicable Spanish VAT. For customers in other jurisdictions or with different tax treatment, the applicable taxes and final payable amount will be displayed through the official Paddle checkout before payment confirmation.

It is not a subscription and does not create recurring EF-PUMP license charges.

The purchase does not provide a subscription, an organization-wide license, or an automatic entitlement to future major versions.

5. Taxes and transaction documents

Paddle handles applicable buyer-facing transaction processing, tax handling, receipts, and invoices according to Paddle's applicable Merchant-of-Record / reseller framework.

The EF-PUMP seller's own Spanish tax, accounting, registration, and recordkeeping obligations remain separate and are not eliminated by Paddle's role.

6. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refund and withdrawal treatment for Paddle-processed transactions shall follow:

• Paddle's then-current Buyer Terms;
• Paddle's then-current Refund Policy;
• the applicable transaction documentation;
• and mandatory applicable law.

EF-PUMP shall not publish a separate refund promise that conflicts with Paddle's applicable transaction framework.

Where a buyer qualifies as a consumer, applicable statutory withdrawal rights and exceptions must be respected. For immediate supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, any loss of the withdrawal right depends on the applicable legal conditions, including prior express consent, acknowledgment of that consequence, and required contractual confirmation. Mere acceptance of the EF-PUMP EULA does not establish those conditions.

Statutory remedies for digital-content nonconformity remain available where applicable, independently of a discretionary refund policy. No provision in this notice excludes rights that mandatory law protects.

7. Pre-purchase information, acceptance and confirmation

Before the customer commits to purchase, the official website must provide accessible information about:

• the EUR 299 one-time license price and applicable checkout charges;
• the perpetual individual professional license for the purchased V1 version;
• supported Windows environment and installation-bound authorization;
• material product functionality and technical limitations;
• the EF-PUMP EULA and applicable website terms;
• Paddle's reseller and Merchant-of-Record role;
• the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy;
• privacy information and support contacts;
• and applicable mandatory customer rights.

Customers must review and affirmatively accept the EF-PUMP License Terms before proceeding to checkout. Any legally required consent concerning immediate digital-content supply and withdrawal rights is separate from acceptance of the software license.

Paddle presents the applicable transaction terms and final checkout information. Purchase confirmation, software delivery, and license-fulfillment evidence must be retained as appropriate.

8. Final seller details

Before live commercial release, the following seller/licensor information must be populated where legally required:

• legal name;
• commercial contact;
• legally required address information;
• tax/business identification information where applicable;
• privacy contact;
• and any other mandatory electronic-commerce disclosure.
